Такие картофельные палочки я подаю на стол с простым сметанным соусом своего приготовления.Ингредиенты для картофельных палочек:500 гр. картофеля5 вареных яиц2 сырых яйца4 ст. л. панировочных сухарей100 гр. сыра1 ч. л. сушеного укропаРастительное масло для обжаркиСоль по вкусуПерец по вкусуИнгредиенты для сметанного соуса:Свежий укроп150 гр. сметаны1 ч. л. лимонного сокаСоль по вкусуРецепт картофельных палочек с сыром и сметанным соусом:1. Картофель чистим, моем и нарезаем на 4 части. Отвариваем картофель в кастрюле с подсоленной водой до готовности. Сливаем воду и делаем пюре без всяких добавок. Даем пюре полностью остыть до комнатной температуры.2. Сыр натираем на крупной терке и добавляем в остывший картофель. Также добавим 2 сырых куриных яйца, панировочные сухари и сушеный укроп. Солим и перчим по своему вкусу. Прямо в кастрюлю натираем вареные яйца на мелкой терке и замешиваем картофельное тесто.3. Из приготовленного теста формируем картофельные палочки на Ваше усмотрение либо шарики либо, как и я небольшие колбаски (а может Вы еще придумаете какую нибудь форму!).4. В кастрюлю наливаем подсолнечное масло. Разогреваем его и отправляем наши палочки в него обжариваться примерно на 5-7 минут.5. Готовые картофельные палочки достаем шумовкой, немного стряхнув масло и выкладываем на бумажное полотенце или салфетку в тарелку, чтобы впиталось лишнее масло.6. Приготовим сметанный соус для картофельных палочек: для этого в 250 грамм сметаны добавим свежий нарезанный укроп и лимонный сок. Посолим и перемешаем соус.
